About Us

Tamara Ramalho joined CRF in 2018 as an underwriter on the CRF Excess Casualty Contractors program.  Tamara has over 20 years of underwriting and management experience.  Prior to joining CRF, she spent 4 years at Greater New York Insurance Company (GNY) developing numerous management and underwriting training programs as their Manager of Training & Talent Development.  Prior to GNY, Tamara honed her underwriting skills with a 10 year tenure at Ace USA (now Chubb) as an Executive Underwriter in their Accident & Health Division.  She’s also held underwriting positions at American International Group and Chubb, where she began her underwriting career in 1995 after completing her education at Stony Brook University. She’s passionate about all things culinary; even founding a long running Cooking Club.  An avid reader, Tamara is also a travel enthusiast often getting lost in the exploration of traditions & cultures.

Jill joined CRF in April 2017 as a Broker Assistant for this program.  She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.   She started out on the reinsurance side working for Aon Re Accident & Health for almost 2 years before switching to the insurance side.  She then worked at AIG Accident & Health Division for over 10 years in numerous Underwriting roles with the Occupational Accident department before moving to the Property and Casualty side of insurance.  Prior to joining CRF, she worked for KJE Consultants, LLC on the brokerage side.
